Bay Wellness day retreats offer a considered pause within the flow of everyday life — a chance to step back, reset and restore within a single, unhurried day.
Shaped by the same philosophy as our residential retreats, day retreats are thoughtfully designed to feel supportive and unrushed, while remaining practical and accessible. They provide space to slow down, reconnect with the body and experience wellbeing in a grounded, realistic way, without the need for an overnight stay.
Each Bay Wellness day retreat is created around a clear theme or intention, with practices and pacing shaped to reflect that focus. While the structure of each day may differ, all day retreats share the same calm, considered approach, combining guided practices, therapeutic support and time to rest and integrate.
Depending on the retreat, experiences may include meditation, wellness workshops, gentle movement, cold water therapy, time in nature, shared nourishment and moments of reflection. Elements are carefully balanced, allowing guests to engage in a way that feels right for them.
All Bay Wellness day retreats are designed by Katrina and Kieron and informed by their combined clinical and experiential background. Care and guidance are woven together throughout the day in a way that feels grounded, intuitive and accessible.

Coastal Calm is a full-day restorative retreat designed to help you slow down and reset through time spent by the sea. The morning includes a guided breathing and meditation session, a stretch-and-movement class, and quiet time to rest and take in the surroundings.
Midday includes a nourishing seasonal lunch and a restorative pause in beautiful surroundings. In the afternoon, guests enjoy a gentle coastal walk with light foraging insights, followed by time to create a personalised essential oil blend and learn simple sensory rituals and face, neck or hand massage techniques that can be repeated at home as part of a self-care routine.
The day closes with a warm turmeric drink and a relaxed wind-down, leaving you feeling rested, grounded and refreshed, with practical tools to support everyday wellbeing.

Winter Still is a slower, inward-focused day designed to support warmth, circulation and deep seasonal nourishment during the colder months.
Held primarily indoors, the day unfolds gently with spiced warming drinks and an introduction to traditional kitchen tinctures, followed by simple rituals such as a warming foot soak and guidance around winter skin care.
Lunch will be a hearty and slow-cooked delicious meal offers grounding and comfort, allowing time to rest and settle.
The afternoon centres on restorative heat and sensory self-care, including time in the sauna, the creation of warming oil blends, dry body brushing and guided self-massage techniques.
This retreat is restorative offering practical winter rituals and a sense of steadiness to carry through the season.
